We are only sharing information that is provided to us as a resource for our members. State Resources

State Funding:
NJ EDA - NJ Small Business Emergency Assistance Grants & Loans

Applications can now be submitted for funds from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority's $5 million Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program. The NJEDA Small Business Emergency Assistance Loans program will also distrubute $10 million dollars of working capital loans of up to $100,000 to small and mid-size businesses.
Note: State funding has been exhausted, but you can still submit an application to be considered when additional funding is released.

The State of New Jersey has established a special website devoted to business concerns during the coronavirus emergency. The site,, will be updated as new information becomes available. We encourage you to communicate this with the appropriate individuals within your organization. In addition, the New Jersey Business Action Center's Helpline is now available from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm, seven days a week. Call 1-800-JERSEY-7 to address any concerns you or your employees have.

SBA Federal Paycheck Protection Program
Additional Funding Notice: The SBA will resume accepting Paycheck Protection Program applications from participating lenders as of Monday, April 27, 2020 at 10:30am EDT.

This form is to be completed by the Applicant and submitted to your SBA Participating Lender (see below link of Participating Banks). Submission of the requested information is required to make a determination regarding eligibility for financial assistance. Failure to submit the information would affect that determination. NOTE: This is an online writable PDF and not an online application. If you complete the fields in the PDF, you should save it to your desktop, print it and bring it to your financial institute.
