Wright Insurance in Manasquan will continue to serve as First Vice President, and George Fuller of George Fuller's Marine & Machine in Bayville will remain Second Vice President. Ed Harrison, III of Baywood Marina in Brick remains the Treasurer and Raymond Bogan of Sinn, Fitzsimmons, Cantoli, Bogan, West & Steuerman in Point Pleasant Beach continues as Secretary. The Marine Trades Association of New Jersey Conference & Expo 2017 is being held on Thursday, March 16th at Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Lakewood. It is an all-day event with breakfast and registration beginning at 8:00 am, presentations throughout the day with the conference ending with a cocktail hour from 5:30pm- 6:30pm and prize giveaway. The MTA/NJ Conference & Expo is a one day educational event that is held every other year and organized specifically for marine business owners, operators, employees and anyone involved in recreational boating in New Jersey. The recreational boating industry in New Jersey was given a boost today by the signing of S-2784/A-3856 (Van Drew, Whelan/Andrzejczak, Johnson) into law.
