Please join us on April 16th for the MTA/NJ Annual Dinner & Elections at The Lobster Shanty in Point Pleasant Beach. Join us for a night out with your fellow members featuring a delicious dinner, cocktails and dancing. The evening also includes the election of our 2026-2027 Board of Directors and presentation of our Annual Awards. Music and photos provided by Black Tie DJs.

The MTA/NJ is pleased to announce the availability of two Education Scholarships for the 2026-2027 school year. These scholarships are open to any student interested in pursuing a career in the recreational boating industry and meets the criteria outlined. The following is an overview of the scholarships:
- Boating Industry Scholarship: One $1500 scholarship awarded to a graduating student who has a strong desire to succeed in a recreational boating industry vocational, technical or college program.
- Automotive Training Center: This is a half scholarship ($12,750) for the Marine Service Technology Program at Automotive Training Center in Pennsylvania.
